David Lippe has been working with builders and developers since 1992. His experience is in new home sales, marketing, sales management, managing and supervising sales and marketing managers, training, production, and consulting with builders and developers. Prior to founding BSMG, David was Regional Vice President of Builder’s 1st Choice, a billion dollar new home sales and marketing company, and was Vice President of Sales & Marketing for John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods. During his career, David Lippe has been personally responsible for the sales and marketing of over 3,000 new homes and has received numerous awards from the homebuilding industry. He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) including the Sales & Marketing Council and has served on the board of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee (HBAMT) Sales & Marketing Council for 6 years and as Co-chairman of the Sales and Marketing Council’s Award of Excellence Committee for two years. David has received his Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) and Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designations from the NAHB, and is a MIRM candidate. He has made a significant contribution to the home builder industry through involvement with the NAHB at the local and regional levels, chairing many committees and consulting in other states.
